About Us
Vetrofuso is an artisan manufacturing company based in Italy specialized in the processing of Murano glass. The artist Daniela Poletti, who founded the company in 1992, personally takes care of all the design and production phases.
Vetrofuso has been operating for more than 30 years, serving retail, interior designers, events and private homes all over the world.

Products
All the products displayed on the website are artisanally crafted by Vetrofuso, 100% Hand made in Italy.
As all artisanal and handmade products, certain irregularities should not be considered defects, but integral part of our artistic style and chosen materials.
All products on the website are sold for decorative purposes only.
Murano Glass
Our main raw material, glass, is sourced in the form of unrefined sheets from furnaces in Murano, where it is produced and colored using traditional methods.
Unfortunately, its uniqueness and limited production does not always allow to reproduce exact color tones. If a certain color is not available at the moment, our staff will recommend you the closest shade or other alternatives.
All the images and color variants displayed on the website are to be considered non-contractual.
Other Materials
Among the other materials chosen are brass (for jewelry and embossed details), and pure gold (painted with a brush and plated at high temperatures).
Customizations
We will be happy to help you with customization requests (colors, additions, writings and dedications, etc.), within the technical limits.

Package Contents
The package contains: the Products purchased, packaging, any information or identification material of the Seller.
There is no gift wrapping for most products. If necessary, please contact us.
Prices
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in € (Euro) and include VAT.
Product prices do not include shipping costs, which may be viewed in the cart and during checkout, or can be consulted in the Shipping Costs section of this website.
Payments
The website accept payments by:

- Bank transfer (to the bank account shown at checkout).
Billing
Invoices are issued only by explicit request of the customer.
An option to request an Invoice will be available during checkout. After the conclusion of the Order, it will no longer be possible to request an invoice.
Order Confirmation
As soon as your payment has been verified, the order is considered confirmed and you will be contacted by Vetrofuso.
Lead times and Order Status
Your order status can be checked in your Account page.
Vetrofuso reserves a variable number of days (approximately from 7 to 14 days, up to a maximum of 30) for the completion, management, shipment and delivery of the order.
Vetrofuso undertakes to inform you of an approximate delivery date as soon as the order is received. If not, you are welcome to contact us through any channel to receive updates on the status of your Order.
